My Background
My Approach
At the heart of Karen's teaching is the belief that lasting well-being begins with how we relate to ourselves. Through mindfulness and self-compassion practices, she helps people develop the inner resources to meet stress, uncertainty, difficult emotions, and everyday challenges with greater awareness, kindness, and courage.
Her programs offer a welcoming space where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come home with compassion.
